1. Return Window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days from the delivery date, return requests will no longer be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unmodified
- In original factory packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and protective materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
An item may not be eligible for return if it:
- Shows signs of use, damage, or wear
- Is missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or protective materials
- Has been modified, altered, or repaired by the customer
- Has software that has been modified or linked to a personal account
- Has broken or removed factory seals, stickers, or protective coverings
Skyvan reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at:
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- Replacement parts
- A replacement product
- A prepaid return shipping label (if approved)
Freight / LTL Deliveries
For freight shipments, customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival.
Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Failure to report visible damage at delivery may affect damage claims.
5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or shipping damage.
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the product category and condition of the returned item.
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued with no fees.
Refund Processing
- Return approvals are typically processed within 72 hours.
- Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order or custom products
- Personalized items
- Bulk or special-order purchases
- Refurbished or open-box products
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products that have been activated, registered, or linked to customer accounts
Certain drone, robotic, thermal imaging, and specialty equipment products may be subject to manufacturer-specific return restrictions. Please contact us before initiating a return.
7. Order Cancellation

If the order has not shipped, a full refund will be issued.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order may instead be subject to the return process described above.
8. Company Cancellation Rights
Skyvan reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Policy violations
- Product availability or inventory issues
- Operational or fulfillment limitations
Customers will be notified promptly and receive a full refund if an order is canceled by Skyvan.
9. Warranty Assistance
Skyvan does not provide its own warranty coverage unless otherwise stated.
However, we may assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims by:
- Coordinating communication with manufacturers
- Assisting with documentation and claim submission
- Providing product purchase verification
Warranty approval, repair, replacement, or denial decisions are solely determined by the manufacturer.
