PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs all shipments of products sold by Skyvan (“Company”).

By placing an order, the purchaser (“Buyer”) agrees to all terms herein. This Policy forms an integral part of the sales agreement.

1. SHIPPING TERRITORY RESTRICTION

Skyvan sells and ships products exclusively within the United States of America.

Skyvan does not:

  • Ship internationally
  • Arrange export of products outside the United States
  • Support or facilitate cross-border resale or re-export

The Buyer agrees:

  • Not to export, resell, or transfer products outside the United States without prior written authorization
  • To comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations

Skyvan reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order suspected of intended export or unauthorized distribution

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from confirmed payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Exceptions:

  • Bulk orders may take longer
  • Custom or made-to-order products may have extended lead times

3. SHIPPING TERMS AND RISK TRANSFER

All shipments are FOB Shipping Point.

Title and risk transfer to the Buyer once handed to the carrier.

Skyvan is not responsible after shipment handover.

4. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

Skyvan selects shipping carriers at its discretion.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Infrastructure problems
  • Regulatory delays

5. FREIGHT AND SHIPPING COSTS

  • Spare parts may qualify for free shipping over applicable thresholds
  • Equipment may require freight shipping quoted separately
  • Batteries may incur hazardous materials handling fees

All shipping costs are paid by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

6. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION

Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be recorded on the carrier receipt immediately.

Failure to report damage at delivery constitutes acceptance of goods in good condition.

7. SHIPPING DAMAGE AND CLAIMS

Shipping damage is handled by the carrier.

Buyer must file claims directly with the carrier.

Skyvan may assist but assumes no liability.

8. OUT-OF-BOX DAMAGE (OOB)

Post-delivery damage claims fall under applicable warranty terms.

Late reporting may result in claim rejection.

9. FAILED DELIVERY / REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If delivery fails due to Buyer actions:

  • Return shipping fees may apply
  • Storage fees may apply
  • Redelivery fees may apply
  • Restocking fees may apply

10. STORAGE AND DELIVERY DELAYS

If Buyer delays delivery:

  • Risk remains with Buyer
  • Storage fees may apply
  • Additional handling costs may be invoiced

11. DELIVERY SITE REQUIREMENTS

Buyer must ensure:

  • Adequate access for delivery vehicles
  • Proper unloading equipment where necessary
  • Personnel available to receive and unload shipments

Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

12. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments. Each shipment shall be treated independently.

13. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Skyvan is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier errors
  • Post-shipment damage
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
